Default Transfer of PPL training hours bet country

Is it possible to transfer ppl learning hours from one country to continue training in US FAA PPL? Due to work constraints and unable to stay long in US..

Will the training hours in another country be portable to united states? And the flight examiner can approved? Of course flight procedures will be different and hv to learn again, but the fundamental is the same..

Are you planning on training at part 141 school or part 61? Part 141 schools have more structured course outlines and can only accept training from other 141 schools and even then it is limited. Under part 61 instruction from a foreign instructor given in a foreign country does count.
