Does anyone have recent experience working as a CFI for Summit Aviation out of Bozeman, MT? It seems like a cool place to be based, and would allow for some semblance of a work/life balance...

I'm wondering about details on:

• Pay
• Management
• Equipment/maintenance
• Cost of living

I can only address cost of living, it’s crazy high. I’ve got friends that live there and there’s an affordable housing crisis, or so they say. According to them it’s become a playground for rich west coasters.
