Paper file in place of iacra for checkride

Hello. I will have a checkride soon and will need to use a paper file in place of iacra. Could anyone direct to me the process for that?

The process is you download the form, you fill it out, you sign it, and you give it to the examiner.

Correct form. You're CFI, if an endorsement is required, will need to sign it too.

IACRA / DMS integration has caused some issues. A paper application could be needed too if the CFI hasn't been updated in IACRA, and for some administrative functions as well.
