Does anyone have any insight on being a CFI at the Lufthansa Aviation Training center?

Interested in their program with United.

I don’t have any insight on being a CFI, but I one of our A&Ps formerly worked there as an A&P and he raves about the place. Said it was a great place to work. I just sent them my resume.
