Where will you go?

Please help, need a flight school or any university college that will GUARANTEE CFI job after completion of ratings and following a flying job (regional,135,cargo,etc)

Willing to relocate anywhere in the U.S. Right now residing in central California.

Your suggestion will be appreciated 🙏🏼

You DO NOT need a guaranteed CFI job in this climate.

You also do not need any guarantee or job program to get a regional job. If a school or regional has some sort of cadet program, it wouldn't hurt to participate if you get some longevity benefit. Assuming the regional is a good geographic fit for you.

Frankly people who rely on the enytry-level aviation system for job placement and career guidance will get taken advantage of. Make your own way, odds are you'll be better off.

Iíll say it again, in the time itís taken you to write your post you could have found a school online.
Apart from one thing there is very little garantee in life.
Aviation is no exception.
No garanteed pass, no garanteed checkride in 3 weeks and no garanteed job.
Majors, Regionals, Flow, CFI, itís all not worth the paper itís written on.
Why? Because this is a very dynamic market thatís why.
CFI is a pyramid scheme, as a student you only need one instructor but as an Instructor you need more then one student. So if youíre in a class of 10 and everyone is garanteed a job as CFI you need 30 new students. Where they plan on getting those? Unless youíre willing to only fly 20hrs/month on an hourly wage. Yes you have a garanteed job.
How much are you willing to pay extra for your training for this guaranteed job?
$5k? $10k?
Guaranteed makes you lazy too, why exert yourself?
Iíd rather do a program where the top 3 get a job and make sure Iím one of them.
Just good for thought.

Yes!! Although I have never thought of it as a pyramid scheme... It does fit.

To the OP, Rick and Tired make solid points.

Pick a school based on your training needs, timeline, cost, availability, etc. Study hard, and fly well. Listen to your instructor, ask questions for clarification. Equally important, show up when you are supposed to show up. That is your guarantee to a job.

We are entitled to nothing, your knowledge and ability should be what you rely on.
