Any airline companies that pay for training?

Hey guys do you know of any airline companies that pay for the training of pilots in exchange for employment contract that one will work for them after graduation or something?

I heard that there is a shortage of pilots so I wonder if any companies do this? I always dreamed of being a pilot when I was little however the costs of training have deterred me away from becoming one...

I'm not sure if this is american only forum? I am from Europe. Perhaps you know of any european companies that do this as I'm not sure if europeans can study aviation in US...

Just wondering though is it possible for EU citizen to come to US to study aviation and get a job there later? I do not have a green card, I play the lottery but no luck so far. Always wanted to come to America. Go Yankees haha

LIFT near IND partially subsidizes the cost of training. Cheapest out there other than a mom&pop. They are owned by Republic airlines and the caveat is, you fly for them for five years or you pay the full amount.

You can get a student visa to do flight training here, that's easy.

To stay and work you'll need a green card. Seems pretty risky to invest in the US ratings with no guarantee of a green card. Only visa exception I know of is for Australians, and that's limited and temporary with no guarantee of long-term extensions.
