I'd suggest you get your private before deciding on a career change. Then, I'd suggest looking outside the box for financing options. See if a family member will give you a loan, home equity loan, 401k loan, etc. The interest rate for flight training is about 10%, not a good rate. If you find a flying club to do your training at you could get all of your ratings for under $40k. Find someone willing to split the cost and time build with you, and you could be under $30k. You'll have to look for the places with reasonable costs, they don't take out full page ads in Flying magazine. ATPs is expensive and has a long history of inadequate instruction. If you can teach yourself and learn quickly, you'd do fine there. If you need extra help you'll likely be sent on check rides unprepared. See the numerous threads on here about multiple check ride failures.

On the road you can live off $35/day easy, that’s $700/month.
Pay your dad $300/month and save the rest.
Been there done that and so have 100’s here and 1000’s elsewhere.
You’re going to need to have to want to do this.
Like nothing else for the next 3-5 years.
