Best Airline Company Program?

Hey everyone. New to the forum site. About 10 years ago, when I was 20, I turned away from my dream of being a pilot. For one thing, it was very expensive, difficult quality of life to make it, and I attempted the military route, only to tell me that it wasn't going to be possible due to my color vision issues. Hard to land military waivers. I did initially start flying and accumulated a few hours. Since then, I've been a Deputy Sheriff and now a heavy equipment mechanic. In the civilian sector, I can fly, since I have a FALANT color test and laser light gun test waiver. Now, I've been doing my research lately and am now seeing some very new programs coming out within the major airline companies, that were never there in my youth. Programs such as pilot training (such as the united airline aviate or Southwest airline pilot pathways program etc.), SIC (Second in Command and purple runway) programs with FedEx etc., and even tuition reimbersements. Does anyone have experience with these programs? Seems like a chance for me to get back into the pilot seat again and follow my dreams. Thank You!
