LIFT Academy CFI Pay

I have heard conflicting things about the CFI pay at lift. Some have said it’s a base salary+bonus others have said it is just 30 an hour. Do anybody have recent information on what the salary is?

They moved from an hourly to salary about a year ago. $32k for CFI and $37k if stage check examiner CFI.

What does that break down to? About $30.00 an hour?

Its hard to say with out knowing how much the CFIs work on average per month. So if it was 30 an hour it seems to work out to be around 88 hours a month to make 32k a year.
