Other than good grades, what else do airlines look for in applicants? For example, active in clubs, volunteer, other ratings and certificates other than Multi ATP?
I want to fly for Ameriflight/UPS, so any info regarding those would be appreciated, but as well as any other regionals/majors.

The top majors are all looking for the same thing, exceptions happen, but this is generally competitive for civilians right now...
4-year degree
5,000 TT
3,500 Turbine
2,000 121 TPIC
Clean training history (one bust will probably have minimal impact)
Clean criminal history (can get away with one or two stupid stunts as a kid)
Aviation leadership experience (check airman, 121 sim, CP, etc)
Clean social media history (ie no drugs, alcohol abuse, extreme political views of any flavor, no unprofessional online behavior).
Non-aviation Whole Person: GPA >3.0, leadership, volunteer, competitive athletics, military, other noteworthy resume bullets.
DO NOT plan your career around a specific path such as Amflight => UPS. Pursue that if it works for you, but plan on the need to be generally competitive for ALL majors. Very few us actually end up finishing our careers at the airline we expected.
