A320 prior experience course

Hi,

another European in the process of getting the FAA ATP…

I‘m looking for an A320 PIC rating with prior experience course.

Any recommendation?

While I have around 3500h on type and are current with my EASA annual check ride, I haven’t flown the physical aircraft in about 5 years.

Alliance Aviation requires 250h in the last 59 month - deal breaker

FTI ratings require 1000h on type, no time limit. But no sim slot available before June.

Pan Am - impossible to get hold of anyone to test the water. Hoping to get someone on the phone soon.

Any other training providers worth checking?

Thanks a lot.

I'm not sure Pan Am is worth checking. They may have the rattiest simulators in the known universe.

True. But the building is spooky & the wet ditch pool old MIA come back to life..

Thanks, very good point and I‘ll keep that in mind.
Might explain why they told me to plan in a day or two extra for „schedule changes“.

Put another way, I've operated their simulators, but then had to go get a tetanus shot.

It’s the archer not the arrow. Used to know some pretty exp instructors worked out of there. Who signs the ride, company TCE? How much$

ATP Jets at DFW airport (Irving, TX) has an A320 program but that’s all the info I got for you. No idea how far out they are booked.

Any experience with K&S Aviation in Arizona or AeroStar in FL?
