Are Power Off 180’s required for a SE ATP add-on?

It depends, according to the ACS. (page 63, ATP Certificate Task Table, footnote "a")

It you are already in possession of a commercial pilot certificate for a single engine airplane, then no.
If you are not in possession of a commercial pilot certificate for a single engine airplane, then yes.

Is it the same for landings?
Would the checkride strictly be an instrument event?
