Default FSS and Flight watch

Hi,
Can someone explain to me the difference between FSS and Flight watch?
I mean besides the fact that their frequency is 122.2 and 122.0.
thanks!

Flight watch is a guy at Flight Service who deals just with people on 122.0 with pilot reports and weather requests. No phone briefs or flight plan stuff. Flight watch is just for inflight weather, with info flowing both directions. If I'm running around VFR and the wx ain't so hot, I find it useful to listen in on 122.0 to hear what all the other guys are doing. It's the best source of real time information. Don't forget to give a pilot report, too, if appropriate.

The FAA isn't running the show anymore with FSS. So there may have been some changes since Lockheed took over.
