Red face Question for recruiters and chief pilots..

I am considering two different schools for my commercial/ME, FlightSafety in Florida and CRM Airline Training Center in Scottsdale, AZ. With both schools, I plan on finishing my ratings and then instructing with them until I build the time necessary to apply to the regionals/commuters. My question is:

Does the school I graduate from and then instruct for play a part when a chief pilot/interviewer looks at my app? Should I go with FlightSafety because they are well known?

Both will cost me about the same, and I will leave both with roughly the same number of hours. I would prefer CRM, just because its closer to home. Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated. I know there is tons of aviation experience lurking on this board.
