Citation Type ???????

Anyone know where I might be able to find some typical pricing information for cessna citation type ratings?

Call up the places and ask.

The place where I picked up my SIC type ran ~9k for their week long PIC course.

PM me if you want to know more.

The cheapest that I've seen from some of the "less desirable" providers run 8-9K for a PIC type. More reputable facilities (such as FSI and Simuflite, which are often required for insurance reasons) run significantly higher.

We don't have a full service contract and I want to say our type training at FSI Wichita was in the neighborhood of 22K per pilot for the 15 day initial course. 4 day recurrent runs around 10K/each, IIRC.

Yeah. Have a company pay for it. You are not helping this industry by paying for your own training. If someone can afford a jet they can afford to train a crew. Don't just look out for yourself, we are all in this together.

I agree.... it just boggles my mind...

This was the cheapest I have seen - I have heard good things about this guy but I do not know him.

Every where else is about 11k - Simcom has a good pgm I have seen the equip. and know some instructors in piston and turboprops.

Hope that helps
