Default Where Can I Take My Ppl In South Florida

I want to get my PPL over this summer and i want to know if anyone knows any good schools in the Ft.Lauderdale(broward) area.I would like some where good but also cheap.

I did mine at Florida Aviation Academy at PMP, they use C-152 for the PPL, reasonable rates. PMP is a nice airport, CLass D and the controllers are used to having students in the pattern. Check them out at http://www.flaviationacademy.com/

I'd recommend PMP as well, its in a busy area, but for training its probably your best bet in South Florida.

Lots of good schools with descent rates at Palm Beach County Airpark in Lantana as well (KLNA).

Check out www.airnav.com for good listings of schools at each field in the area.

isn't ari-behn down there somewhere as well? Have a friend of mine attending that school, he's speeding ahead like a monster

Its in Vero Beach, kinda far from the FLL area.

american flyers is at PMP too. but they might be more expensive, worth a look though.
