Default MD-11 Study Guide (based on UPS fleet)

This may be useful for review even if you are not a UPS MD-11 pilot. (It was created by a Flight Ops Check Airman at UPS.)

Hi SWAjet,

Glad you like it! The guy who created the site put a lot of work into it and it has made life a lot easier for those of us trying to prep for a recurrent PT or PC.

The MD-11 is a really sweet aircraft to fly... very comfortable esp. on long legs, i.e., EDDK to VHHH (Cologne to Hong Kong). Has lots of excess thrust and good fuel specifics. It took me a while to appreciate it fully after spending over 19 years on the Boeings, but I have come to love the machine.

Hope you will get the opportunity some day!

Best regards,
Cap'n Jim
