Jurassic pilot / airplane

I dont remember the exact terminology, but when someone uses the term "jurassic" to describe someone or something in the aviation industry; what are they talking about?

I think I've seen the FedEx and/or UPS guys using this term.

Jurrasic Jet = non glass cockpits

DC-8, 727, etc...

"Steam Gauges" also refers to non-glass
