Well, WIA is a Federal program. Has nothing to do with what state you did anything in.

Correct, but the money is given to the states to administer, I'm sure with specific guidelines.

I just started researching this. Anybody have any idea on Nebraska? The websites don't really say anything, other than 2.9 million was allocated this year.
Also, anybody have an idea on a Lear 45 type cost?

If you are interested in King Air or Citation WIA training, call Jet Aeronautical and speak with Tara (877 FAN JET 5). Each state, sometimes county, has it's own rules, although it is federal monies.
