Flight Schools Training Students without Proper Visa

I noticed a Flying School which does not have authorization to isuse Form I-20s to enrol students. Instead that School is teaching visitors Pilot License. Who should I repot that school to?

That may or may not be a problem, depending on the nature of the training and the origin of the students.

That said, if you have any concerns you should probably contact the school first and see if they can give you a satisfactory explanation. If you still have concerns, try the FSDO.

It may not be a problem, I think you can train foriegners as long as you do the required background check.

If you have any doubts call the FSDO or FBI.
