Bay Area Flight Schools

Anybody have any info on the following places:

Oakland Flyers - OAK
Alameda Aero Club - OAK
Pacific States Aviation - CCR
Ahart Aviation - LVK
West Valley Flying Club - PAO, SQL, HWD, E16

Looking for places back home to instruct at while on furlough and wondering if anyone had any experiences, good or bad at these places. Thanks!
