Default National Pilot Academy

Hello, I was wondering if anybody had any info on this flight school. Skywest is my top choice and I heard from a Skywest PR lady that this shool has a relation with Skywest. Their website seemed too general and didn't offer a lot of info plus they don't have brochures.

I have been doing a lot of researching on flight schools and I always come back to National Pilot Academy. They did say that Skywest hires a lot of thier graduates which is a huge plus for this school. I am looking forward to attending their Tucson location this summer. I can't wait to start my training with them.

Have you checked out their facility? I was thinking of going to the Tucson one in the fall. I was going to go to Tucson this spring to check it out, however, I have been really busy and have not had a chance to. Do you have any info; other, than what is on their website?

I don't know if anyone looks at this thread anymore, but hopefully it willl help someone. I am currently enrolled at NPA at the Cedar location. I have really enjoyed it so far. I enjoy the mountain flying, and the weather is nice. I know Tucson claims year round great weather to fly in, but sometimes that means 5:00 a.m. because of the density altitude. Cedar has cheap rent, and the downside of the school is they only have one complex airlplane for your commercial rating, but it is located at the Cedar location. I have only been with them for a couple months, and I have been impressed with the speed. My home is only a couple hours away, and they let me fly home a few times for the day during time building. The staff is really nice. I hope this isn't too late to help, but hopefully it will help someone else considering it. In Sept. I heard that all the flight schools fly to Reno to watch the air races. It is good to have a little fun sometimes, eh?
