Flightsafety International Instructors

I have a few questions for the SIM instructors at Flight Safety International.

Where you typed in the aircraft you were assigned to, or did FSI give you the type?

How is your compensation/Quality of life/benifits?

Where you hired at a specific location, or were you assigned a location during a conditional hire?
