Go to college, then join the military and get your training there. Or go in the military first and get them to pay for part on the gi plan. If you have it were you live, not sure were you are from.

I vote military. The military will help you pay for pretty much all of your training, and on top of that you get a hefty chunk of money for your college education. Don't forget that military experience looks really good in interviews for airlnes. I did it the slow pay as you go way and it took me 3 years to get my commercial rating and an extra 6 months to get my instructor rating. Check and see what Latvia does, it might be similar to what the U.S. military does. A country can never have too many people in its military so there will probably be incentive for you in some form.
