Laptop GPS software:

Anybody know of a XP based program that can track an aircraft movement over a background of sectional chart or IFR en-route chart?

I have a lovely little GPS enabled laptop and a moving map would be great to try out.

I used to do this with a Nokia 810 and a program called Maemo Mapper - worked beautifully. Looking for similar on a normal laptop.
