Question Career as Airline Pilot..need suggestions

'Am 30yrs old Ph.D. research scholar in India. Bored of black 'n white un-rewarding(money wise..!)paper work.Want to fulfill childhood dream of becoming an airline pilot.

Why now?
Dreams get fulfilled at a cost but I had no money! So I kept on getting higher education. Recently, a relative in USA agreed, 'n became eligible, to co-sign the loan amount for my pilot training.

Why training not in India?
In India they(DGCA) require Maths+Physics in 10+2(i.e.12yrs schooling or higher secondary)for CPL or further certification, but I had Biology+Physics.
Secondly, even for 500Hrs flight time I need to spend more than two yrs in a training school in India, while in USA in that period I can get more than 1000Hrs(including multi-engine of more than 100hrs, I suppose).

For my training I am thinking of choosing one among the DCA, FSA, or ATP.
I also seek advice on the job placements in USA itself and keeping this in mind I need to decide the training school.
Before actually implementing my plans regarding this shift now, I need advice and suggestions.Please..!

Thanks for reading it!

That is crazy, so many requirements. Doesn't India have 0 time direct entry pilot cadet programs with the airline? I know Air Srilanka does this. Anyways the U.S is the best place to train but I wouldn't look for a job here. I think it would be much easier finding a 747 flying job in your region than it is flying a 737 here. ATP would be my first choice out of your school but might I also suggest AriBen aviator in Florida, they are the same as ATP but a smaller school. Aribenaviator.com

Post Airlines in India...

Thanks BURflyer for the reply.
None of the airlines in India takes candidates with zero experience. They prefer candidates with more experience and though they do take CPL (260hrs)candidates. None of the ailines own a pilot training school, but one which completes 0 to CPL in TWO years!
ATP says it does'nt take non-USA students for airline preparation programme.
DCA unable to help non-USA students with loan, even if they 've cosigner with good credit history. :-(
Now trying Aribenaviator.
Thanks once again!
