If you are scheduled to attend any of the big sim training outfits, they will almost always - upon request - send you all the training materials ahead of time. If not, find a local pilot that flies a 350 and has been to FSI or Simuflight and see if he'll loan you his training manual.

At FSI Hawker-Beechcraft Wichita, they no longer keep books, checklists, etc. in stock. They are kept in another office in town. They are produced and provided as needed. The last time I was there, I actually saw a man deliver training materials just for one class.
FSI prepares a pre-attendance study guide for some airplanes at least. It incudes limitations and memory items. Perhaps they could send it to you, and it is more than likely available for download in your account at myflightsafety.com.

It would be beneficial for everyone if I got there knowing the memory items, limitations, and flows. Once you know these three, you'll be able to devote all of your time to systems.

I'd say remind them that you are the customer, and if you do not recieve the materials as requested you will opt for another company. I'm not sure who else does the 350's, but there are generally plenty of places to do Be20's at.
