Default Caribbean Flight time building

Does anyone know any companies down in the caribbean that are hiring low time people? Southern Florida, Florida keys, and Bahamas would be alright too

Not much in the Caribbean these days since they are getting hit hard by the declining numbers of tourists.
Most of the flying, apart from freight, is based on the torurism industry down there
Also, don't mention "time building" and expect a company to hire you if they don't expect you to stay a while.

LOL .. yeah I won't mention that one, but going from pilot to pilot so we know what the purpose is. Ok, so no caribbean flight time except tourist stuff. I see pipeline patrol, forestry patrol everywhere as good flight time building, but I don't have any idea how to get into it except by running into someone that is into that. Have any ideas? Im looking for something to do while I work on my CFI

Cape Air is a good option down there but if he is low time then chances are he won't qualify for part 135 PIC and he will have to try the SIC route with them.
I all my Cape Air flights as a pax I never saw them with a SIC in the Carib.
Anyway, the demand in the Caribbean is dropping fast and slow season is approaching too, I would expect that most operators will be cutting back big time in the next few months.

JP pilot, you are just going to have to get out there and meet people.
Tough times lie ahead.
Keep working on your CFI, don't sell yourself short, don't work for free and don't pay to work.
I know that it seems easy for me to say that but one day you will see what I'm talking about.
Good luck and have fun along the way.
