Here is the FAR. Plus doesnt Class B usually only go up to 10000' MSL? How are you in class B at 11000 MSL?
(c) No person may operate an aircraft in the airspace underlying a Class B airspace area designated for an airport or in a VFR corridor designated through such a Class B airspace area, at an indicated airspeed of more than 200 knots (230 mph).

AHHHH I see. That's right that speed restriction is underlying the class B airspace. I forgot about that. That's what happens when your Seminole never goes fast enough to worry about it.
I am still lost at what class B airspace is at 11000 MSL though?
