Stalls at Night

My school prohibits stalls at night. It is probably because of our location over mountainous terrain and poor references to the ground/horizon.

If you can easily identify the horizon with visual references, there shouldn't be a problem at an appropriate altitude.

I agree, the student seems to have a bad experience in the past.
