Flight Training/ Jobs for BLM

Hello everybody,
I'm still in the pre-PPL stages but I'm quite interested in a job in the Bureau of Land Management as some sort of pilot. What kind of prerequisite training is there and what kind of training (if any) do you get after joining? More importantly, are there any jobs open with the BLM? Any advice, experiences, opinions, etc. are appreciated! :)

I would probably go to the usajobs.gov website. I'm fairly certain that everything you asked is listed in each job opening.
