DFW training?

I'm going to be in Dallas for a week or two in December for work.

Maybe I'm hallucinating, but I thought I remembered seeing a number of places there that offered advanced or otherwise 'interesting' training in the D/FW area- sim/CRM training and the like. I don't have money coming out my pores, but as always, I want to expand my base of experience and would welcome the chance to do something unusual or beneficial. (I'm still saving up for my DC-3 type ;)

Does anyone have any recommendations?

Anyway, I don't mean to waste anyone's time; it's not an urgent or important inquiry, so I hope you don't mind me taking some of your time to ask it-- I won't be disheartened if I don't get any answers. (I couldn't think of a better audience to ask though :)

Thanks, guys! (And to those who replied to my 'CFI materials' question)

Both Flight Safety and Simuflight have outposts in the DFW area. The biz jet type courses are a couple weeks and $$$$. Higher Power still does a few 737 types each month and some other training. Simuflight has some general subjects classes, CRM, Polar ops, etc. Got no idea about timing and cost.

Not cheap, but unique!

ATP Flight School: Regional Jet Standards Certification

ATP Flight School: Jet Transition

If you want just regular flying, let me know. I'm a flight instructor out of Grand Prairie, KGPM.

airventure- Left you a PM. Not sure if this board alerts people to new PMs.
