Default Turbine Bonanza/ Columbia 400

Does anyone have experience with the pt-6 powered bonanza or columbia 400?

Any oddites or gotchas for transitioning to either of these aircraft?

Thanks in advance.

I've recently been teaching in a Cessna 400 Corvallis/Columbia and I certainly have to work hard to find a fault with this aircraft. It is smart in every way and is a joy to fly. It is quick, and very efficient. 200kts on 16pgh and it is quiet. It is fun, sporty and ultra sexy.

I don't have time in t Turbine Bonanza but I find it to be an odd comparison as they are very different aircraft with totally different capabilities. I'm sure both are good, but this to me is like comparing a BMW M5 and to a 750 series.

Considering these two ideas I'd also suggest you also consider the line of larger single Pipers (Malibu, Matrix, Meridian, Mirage etc) as well as the Mooney line. Maybe even throw in the C-210 (turbo or turbine).
