Default Flight schools around central/north Broward

Looking a CHEAP but good flight school just to get my ppl and maybe instrument not in any rush you know, did the wrong thing by trying to do a straight 2 year program just not for me since I like an open schedule and I am more college oriented right now. I would prefer somewhere that has a Cirrus since I have pretty much all the stuff handbooks etc and that's the aircraft I so far have been taught in. Well any recommendation would be good in the FXE PMP area even Boca.

A Cirrus? I'll bet that is quite expensive for Private/Instrument training. Maybe doing your training in a less expensive aircraft would go a long way towards that desire for something a "CHEAPER".

I was already far along in learning in a Cirrus though so I would spend more starting from scratch in aircraft I have no experience in.

I disagree, the Cirrus is far from cheap.

Start in a C152 or C172 and I'll bet that you'll finish cheaper. I met a fella that did all his private training in a SR22. Guess how much that set him back? $80,000. Yes, eighty thousand dollars! Think about how much a $80K will go? If you budget that right, you might be able to stretch that all the way to an ATP, or at least CP-ASEL, AMEL and a type rating with some change left over.

You may want to check out American Flyers out of KPMP. If you're will to travel up here to the Palm Beach area, take a look at the schools at KLNA.
