FAR VFR IFR Refresher

Does anyone know of a good CD or DVD for FAR, IFR and VFR refreshers? Ive been away from aviation for a little while and would like to get current again. CD's and DVD's seem to be a little more effective than straight book learning for me.

Gleim has an online Pilot Refresher course. If you complete this course it counts as the minimum 1 hour of ground training required for a flight review.
