Northwest Aviation College is looking to hire professional, motivated flight instructors who have a great attitude and great attention to detail. Our flight school operates under FAR's pt 61 & 141 and is an accredited college institution. Not only will you be a flight instructor, but also a college educator. Those who have extensive actual IMC experience as well as Northwest/Puget Sound experience will be considered first. Instructors must hold a Certified Flight Instructor Instrument Rating. A Multi-Engine Instructor Rating and previous experience is a plus.

Duties include:
- Teaching students varying from Student Pilot up through Airline Transport Pilot. The school currently operates an all-Piper fleet.
- Teaching Associate Degree level ground schools.
- The ability to maintain orderly files due to ongoing numerous government audits.
- Be able to easily learn computer databases for student record keeping.

Pay is DOE. Those who are full-time are eligible for benefits including health insurance, sick time, vacation and 401K.
