Saw a job posting on Climbto350.com for CFIs. Looking for any fresh information on the company - the good, the bad, the ugly?

Post mentioned pay/benefits commensurate with experience. Curious about QOL.

I saw the old thread on CFA, but I'm looking for any updates to that.
