Towered grass

Does anyone know where I can find a grass runway airport with an operating control tower?

Naples FL. You have to sign a waiver before using it.

Ann Arbor if you live up that way.

In the northeast, the two that pop into my head... Elmira, NY and Ithaca, NY

Not in the NE, but Spinks, in Fort Worth, has a grass strip parallel to the main runway.

Camarillo, California, has an ultra-light runway (paved though).

I always looked at one of the side benefits of a grass runway was not having a tower. Is there a reason you need a combination of grass and a tower?

snippercr 03-20-2011 09:06 PM

Are there any towered grass ONLY runways? On the sectional chart they have the symbol for it (a blue circle not filled in, as opposed to magenta) but I doubted one actually existed.
