Default Question about WIA...

I am soon to be jobless and am looking at using WIA money to get some training done. I want to get my CFII done, but I know of no WIA approved schools in Kentucky. I know that if they dont offer what i need in state, there is a way to go out of state, but how do I go about finding a school?

Walkeraviator,

I'm sorry to hear about the predicament concerning your job. I too was in the same exact situation, and I too went through WIA. WIA is very specific for each individual state, and it varies greatly from state to state. If you have any questions feel free to PM me.

After doing some digging online I found this link.

Training Providers

It allows you to find a list of eligible training providers that the state of Kentucky authorizes. I really didn't go into it to much, but look through the list thoroughly. Good luck in your search. It will be frustrating and you will get HUGE road blocks in your way. STAY persistent.
