ATP like flight schools?

A friend of mine is trying to do a program similar to ATP's 90 Day Fast Track * he has a private * Does anyone know of any schools that offer in house financing or have a financing affiliate that offers something similar to ATP? The only thing he likes about ATP is that most all training is in all multi-engine aircraft. I dont want this post to turn into a "why would you do that " type forum. Looking for constructive comments.

I would look at Key Bank... They will lend for flight training at almost any reputable lfight school... so then he can go where he wants to.. This is how I paid for my flight training...

Looking on there website I haven't seen anything that allows someone from TX to take advantage of this, looks like they are possibly state selective
