Go get your CFI and CFII, don't bother with the MEI (too much $$, not enough payback, probably not going to get hired to do multi training anyway). Get in touch with every flight school in your area and get started. 150 hours won't take long if you work hard (I'd guess 4-6 months, tops). Once at 500/50, start applying to regionals (if that's the route you want). There you go.
