Smile Who accept and train Chinese pilots?

According to the latest released ‘China Civil Aviation Development Plan in the Twelfth Five-Year Plan’, in the next five years, China plans to have the qualified pilots from the number of 24,000 in 2010 soaring to 40,000 by the end of 2015. It is going to have an annual growth rate of 11%. During the ‘Twelfth Five-Year Plan’ period, the domestic flight academies plan to boost its training capacity to 1,600 pilots per year. However, compared with the practical demands for, there is still a large gap needs to be filled by the foreign training institutions.

We are just looking for some potential partners that can accept and train Chinese pilots.

I think that 'horizonflightcenter' out of KCPK can take them. They already do a lot of foriegn students and have a guy on staff for the visas

The rest of the world is having a bit of a shortage. The rest of the world doesn't generally have "fee for departure" airlines, either.
