Instructor at Mazzei
 

I just got offered a CFI position at Mazzei Flying Service in Fresno, CA. I'm an "outsider" so I'm not to familiar with their program other than what the chief instructor showed me. Any current or former instructors out there who can give me some info on quality of life, pay, attitude of everyone there, etc. Chief pilot already told me all of that, but his view is obviously slanted. Locally, everyone seems to have good things to say, but I want an employee's point of view. The guy told me they have a really good relationship with Skywest and all of their instructors who interviewed with them got the job. Is this true?
