Default Aviation safety term paper

I need to write about aviation accidents caused by the five hazardous thought processes, for example, impulsivity, anti-authority. I am having the toughest time finding any results for each hazardous attitude. I tried googleing "aviation accidents caused by" and typed the one of the attitudes.
If anybody has any suggestions please let me know.

Go to the NTSB website and start reading accident reports. You'll find plenty of examples by just randomly picking accidents and coming to your own conclusions about which attitudes were a factor. The NTSB doesn't say resignation, as an example, caused an accident. But stall/spin accidents are sometimes caused by buzzing, which could be anti-authority.

I agree with Duckdude.

If you want to do primary research in the NTSB database (rather than use references from other sources) to support your paper, you're going to have to work a bit harder. It will be a rarity to find the psychoanalysis of an accident pilot in an NTSB report. What you will find is a series of events that =you= (not the NTSB) will decide shows a hazardous attitude contributing to an accident.

my apologies. I quoted the next part of that movie when he goes to town on the dude's 'vette. I omitted key letters but it was deleted.

Thanks for the replies. Thanks for clarifying that, duckdude. I was just hoping there was an easier way to research without having to do that much reading.
