Anything from dinner (friend) to 50 an hour. Check and see what CFIs are getting for instruction, time is time.

$55/hr is pretty common in these parts of the woods plus the cost of the plane/hr

I BFR anyone with a commercial or a CFI for free as a professional courtesy "give back" to the industry. Otherwise $60 per hour flight and ground is going rate around DFW.

Comms and CFIs for free as above, otherwise $35 an hour and rate varies according to where I am working at the time.

Comms and CFIs are complementary as well. Otherwise, $55/hour + a/c fee. I'm in the MIA/FLL area.
