Default Logbook Pro Help:Getting specific numbers

Trying to fill out 8710 and I need specific numbers from my logbook. For example I need Flight Instruction Given-Instrument Flight and Flight Instruction Given-Night. Don't know how to run these numbers without going through my logbook line by line.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Logbook Pro will generate a 8710 for you. I don't have it in front of me but I think its in the Miscellaneous Reports section.

The 8710 report is in the Misc. Reports, however I do not know if there is a way to break down the hours that you need. You could be able to get the night instruction given through the analizer, but for the instrument instruction given, I don't think there is a way. Logbook Pro won't know the difference when you enter them and there's no "special" way to filter them out.

Jay, I tried to find a way to track Instrument Instructor hours as well. The only way that I found was to go through the analyzer and select the option for "Approach Flown". You would be safe counting the majority of those hours as instrument instructor. The only other way would be to start a custom column.
