Electronic Record Keeping

I am an assistant chief flight instructor at a part 141 school that is looking to upgrade to electronic record keeping and scheduling. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on programs that you have seen or used?

We tried Talon systems for a few months, but it was a disaster. That system was designed for larger flight schools with full time employees to manage the system.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

I worked at 2 airports, one Part 61 and another Part 141. The part 61 school used software called "total FBO" and the Part 141 used My FBO. Can't really go in depth with them because I only did scheduling on them but they seem to have good record keeping too.

Electronic Record Keeping

I used myfbo as an Assistant Chief at a 141 school with 11 airplanes and about as many instructors. We had tremendous success with it and used it for everything in the operation, including scheduling, billing, maintenance, and curriculum tracking. Very powerful tool for a smaller flight school.
