FAR Part 121
Have the FAR/FC 2007 book sitting in front of me. Preparing for a Horizon interview more than a year from now. Which regulations should I emphasize my studying on? Which particular regs - is their a list online? Thanks in advance!

Rather than beat yourself over the head with 121 stuff that all jumbles together. Study the AIM for the interview. Also study Jeppesen approach plates and charts. Do whatever you need to- beg borrow steal, but be sure to get the first chapter/intro section for the Jepps.
Finally, if you have purchased various Gleim test prep books over the years (Private, Commercia,l Instrument, etc) go back and use them as interview prep.
99% of the 121 stuff you don't need to know for an entry level interview (such as horizon), and they certainly won't dock you points for not getting the 1 or 2 questions they'll probably ask you.
You're much better off showing very strong abilities in your current area of flying (Including applicable 135 regs if working 135, and aircraft systems knowledge for your current type).

Also, be sure to stay current with the interview gouge info that can be found via the internet. The various sites (such as willflyforfood.cc) are great sources for info about what to study and expect when interviewing.
