Sheppard Air used with tablets

Anyone used Sheppard air on a tablet? I have the Samsung galaxy note 10.1
Need to study but really hate carrying the laptop on trips.

I'm in the same boat with an iPad..I've heard from people that asked SA, and apparently were told mid-Dec for a tablet version..not sure which tablets though...
