Starting on my PPL!

I'm going to get my PPL after I come back from leave. I already have 23 hours. I don't have any ground school, so i'm going to be doing that and flying after I get back! Is there any websites that will teach you about different stuff you learn in ground school for free? What can I expect to do in my first solo?

Congradz!!!!

Check here: https://flighttraining.aopa.org/ Lots of great stuff. If you haven't already, I'd recommend joining AOPA and getting Flight Training magazine. You can't beat it.

Good luck to ya!

First, good luck!

Second, go here and download the Pilots Handbook of Aeronautical Knowledge and The Airplane Flying Handbook if you don't already have them.
